3. MODELING STRATEGY & BEP SETUP
We define LOD, LOA (USIBD-aligned), and tolerances upfront, supported by a clear BIM Execution Plan to ensure scope alignment and modeling consistency.
4. DISCIPLINE-BASED MODELING
Modeling is executed in parallel streams (Structural, Architectural, MEP, Equipment) with controlled coordination. Complex conditions (dense areas, deformation, scan conflicts) are handled using engineering-based interpretation.
5. MULTI-LEVEL QA/QC
A three-level QA process ensures quality: modeler checks, discipline review, and cross-discipline coordination. Models are validated against point cloud data with deviation analysis.
6. TRANSPARENT DELIVERY
We deliver not just models, but clarity—RVT, IFC/DWG, and a QA/QC report including deviation analysis, assumptions, and accuracy statements.
