The central building in the herb garden is constructed with 20,000 Sqft of floor area. The open space architectural style exposes a lot of steel structures and MEP systems, which is a big challenge for us in converting point cloud to BIM. The client ordered items at LOD 350 and some items at LOD 400. With the team's extensive experience, we successfully completed the project and the client rated the product very good.

Midtown apartment is located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. We design the interior in a luxurious style to exude the aristocracy of the homeowner. The apartment has 137 m2 including: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 working room.

The warehouse with a floor area of about 62,000 Sqft was built a long time ago and is currently abandoned. Over time, the beam floor of the building began to warp. We converted point cloud to BIM with LOD 250 with the aim of creating BIM information to help architects renovate buildings and put them back into use.

The Governor's Mansion project in a city in the US was converted from laser scanning data to a BIM model. This is an interesting project with a large subdivision area of 5 buildings and a central villa with classic architecture. The model is deployed at LOD300 to capture architectural information.
